Anya 'La Creme' 16th Birthday Card

Hope youve all had a great day, the weather has been a little unsettled here in Leeds today. My mum asked me to make a card for Megan's forthcoming 16th birthday, so i chose this sweet Anya. It reminds me of Megan, handbag in hand, boots on and matching headband. The only thing missing is a mobile phone which is usually glued to her left ear ! !
Have a great evening

Sweet Standing Fall Tilda

I still haven't started my new job yet, getting a little bit fed up of waiting now. Don't seem to get much crafting done either, I seem to spend lots of time washing and ironing though ! I made this card today for my daughter Megan's birthday next month. I just love this little Tilda she is so cute and the stamp is so versatile. I have also made a christmas card using this image too.
I attended Jules's SU craft class on Saturday afternoon, once again I had a great time her hubby made the most gorgeous maderia cake and it was fab to catch up with Vicky (Cuddly Cards)

Materials:
Stamp: Magnolia 'Standing Fall Tilda' Coloured with Copic Markers
Papers: SU 'To the Nines
Cardstock: SU 'Chocolate Chip and Sage Shadow
Ribbon: SU 'Chocolate Chip grosgrain'
Tools: Nestabilities, small retro flower punch, Su Oval and scallop oval punch
Sentiment: Craftwork Cards

Flight Of The Butterfly

This is one of the cards I managed to make whilst my hubby was away at a conference. It felt strange not using my copic markers and not colouring in ! I havent had much time for cardmaking lately and my Magnolia Summer kit hasnt seen ink yet which is unusual as i have been known to ink them as soon as they have dropped through the door. Jules rang me on Wednesday night to tell me my SU order had arrived and these gorgeous stamps were in that order. They are just the yummiest. I did cut the butterflies out by hand though as i wanted a little bit of white around the edge. I havent added a sentiment yet but i think it will be for my Aunties birthday next week.

Materials :

Stamps - SU Flight of the Butterfly
Papers - SU Cottage Wall
Cardstock- SU : Orchid Opulence,Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry
Ribbon - SU Old Olive Grosgrain

Thanks for stopping by, Have a great Weekend
